Answer: We no longer provide any printed catalog. We highly recommend you to download the online one, as this is the most up-to-date and is much more easier and faster to get. Please visit our download catalog page.

Question: Why the .zip(s) file does not contain price list?
Price of the base commodity (the silver) fluctuates. Upon receiving your inquiry, we will send the prices as soon as possible.

Question: Do you have ready stock merchandise?
Answer: Yes, mostly.

Question: Are you available for any custom made design?
Answer: Yes. Just send your design and request via email.

Question: Do you accept credit card?
Answer: Yes, we accept major credit cards. However, please be noted that our merchant account is not applicable for any online transaction (payment). In such case, we recommend you to use telegraphic transfer. Please see our Terms and Condition of order.

Question: How much is shipping cost and what method of shipping is used?
Answer: Varied, based on the amount and your choice. We usually send merchandise using UPS, Fedex or DHL. Shipping cost is around 12% from your total orders. Please read our Terms and Condition of order.
